The health and temperament of this dog is excellent to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale. The required vaccinations and worming are as indicated on the dog's health record. We advise the Buyer to have the dog examined by a licensed and competent Veterinarian of a buyer's choice within 3 business days after receipt of the dog. If the Vet finds the dog to be in poor health, the dog must be immediately returned to us at the expense of the buyer, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. Failure to see a Vet within 3 business days will void all guarantees. Seller cannot guarantee the temperament and behavior because we have no control over the future environment after the dog leaves our kennel.

All sales are final and monies are non-refundable. Deposits are also non-refundable. Seller will hold dog and registration papers until purchase price for dog is paid in full. No further guarantees are expressed or implied.

The Seller guarantees any congenital health problems that would keep the dog from living a normal life for up to 1 year and will replace said dog/puppy with one of equal value of original purchase date. The Seller guarantees for 2 years for crippling hip displaysia confirmed by x-rays from a licensed vet. If confirmed there is a replacement guarantee only. We reserve the right to have the dog/puppy to be examined by a vet of our choice for a second opinion.
